Our assessment covers clinical experiences, international accreditations including JCI and NABH, infrastructure quality, physician credentialing, and readiness to serve international patients.
Final treatment eligibility and clinical approach for every patient are always determined by the treating hospital and physician, following their own independent medical assessment, as they should be.
How do I find a doctor?
You don't need to search for a doctor yourself. After you submit a consultation request, Medicay Global arranges a clinical assessment call with a licensed physician, who reviews your case and recommends next steps.
Hospitals and doctors are shortlisted as per your requirements through our Local Operations Partner and then coordinated to you by us.
What does Medicay Global coordinate?
Medicay Global provides white glove service, coordinating clinical assessment, hospital bookings, medical visa assistance, secure accommodation, local transportation, and documentation support through encrypted secured channels.
Medicay Global does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee treatment outcomes. Those decisions remain with licensed hospitals and physicians.

Costs vary significantly by procedure, hospital, and case complexity. Medicay Global provides a clear treatment plan and cost estimate after your clinical assessment, with no hidden fees. So you can compare it directly against costs in the USA or the West before deciding to proceed.
Treatment through us is typically 50% to 80% cheaper, depending on the procedure.
What happens if I need follow-up care after I return home?
Before you return home, your treating physician will provide a personalised recovery plan and follow-up instructions where clinically appropriate. Your complete medical records and discharge summary are transferred to you through secure channels, giving you and your doctor back home everything needed to continue your care with full context and continuity.
Where clinically appropriate, your physician will discuss specific follow-up arrangements as part of your overall treatment plan before you leave. And even after you return home, you're not on your own, we remain available as your point of contact should any questions or concerns arise during your recovery.
How long does the whole process take, from consultation to treatment?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of your case, visa processing times, and how quickly the required steps are completed on your end.
Once your visa is secured, treatment through India's private healthcare sector can typically be arranged within days, generally 70% to 90% faster than waiting for equivalent care in Canada or the USA.
Can a family member travel with me?
Yes. Family members or a companion are welcome to accompany you during your treatment and recovery, and this can be factored into your accommodation and transportation arrangements. Medical visa assistance is coordinated for the patient, and your companion's visa arrangements are handled separately.
